2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich sip from the valley.
Our full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which were first fill. From a single vineyard on the western side of the valley, just north of Osoyoos. It has aromas of ripe saskatoon berries, vanilla, and pipe tobacco, followed by prunes, vanilla bean, licorice, and bold tannins on the palate.
