How are you operating in light of COVID-19?
We follow the guidelines set by the BC Ministry of Health, the BC Centre for Disease Control, and WorkSafe BC, and are working with our vendors to ensure precautions are taken. We encourage you to take extra precautions as well by wiping down with a disinfectant all packages you receive (from us and other companies) before opening and washing your hands after handling, even if this is not the main way the virus is spread.
How can I contact Customer Service?
Our team members are happy to help you out Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time. To email us, write to email@example.com. If you prefer to reach us by phone, call 1-250-485-4905. Please allow 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) for our team to respond by email or phone, or if you leave us a voicemail.
Where are you located and where is your winery?
We are a part of the District Wine Village located in Oliver BC. Our building is lot number A11. District Wine Village is a destination to itself, but when you come by please come find us. Our winery is also located here.
How does your wine club work?
We have two tiers of wine club, the Half Harvest and the Full Harvest. Each club receives 3 shipments per year – the half harvest is 3 shipments of 6 bottles, and the full harvest is three shipments of 12 bottles. Since we have such limited production, our club is pre-set, meaning that you can not choose which wines you will get in your shipment. We hope that as our community grows, and our production grows, that you will be able to customize your shipment.
